Chef/Kitchen Manager

We are looking for dedicated,creative and highly organised chef to join our vibrant Northern Quarter award winning flagship restaurant. You will be responsible for the day to day running of our busy kitchen, being service orientated but also responsible for all complience paperwork, costings, rotas, stock control etc. You will work alongside our group head chef who is hands-on. A love of food and a flair for creating dishes is a must. Menu developement is on-going, creating daily specials will be a key area of your role and this will give the right chef a stage on which to shine and to make their mark on our brand. This role would suit an existing kitchen manager or an ambitious sous chef. The role is full time with 45 hour week over five days, 28 days holiday per year. You will also receive a share of tips.
